Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and work carried out by Centurion Decorating, run by Paul Mead, Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote covers the work described in it. Extra work you ask for, or problems that could not reasonably be seen at the time of quoting, will be discussed and agreed with you before we go ahead.

Materials and access

Please give us reasonable access to the areas to be decorated. We protect floors and furniture, but we ask that small valuables and fragile items are put away before work starts.

Guarantee

Our work is covered by a 1-year guarantee from completion. It covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, structural movement, damp or other problems with the building.

Insurance

We carry £5 million public liability insurance.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed with you and confirmed in your quote.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an agreed date, please let us know as early as possible.
